Exosome Isolation and Analysis Services
Exosomes are found in a variety of biological fluids, including blood. These particles are largely produced through a process called exocytosis, during which cells package cargoes for secretion. These particles carry a range of biomarkers, including DNA, RNA, and proteins, that reflect the originating cells.
Using the ExoVerita™ platform, Biological Dynamics is able to capture exosomes in a rapid, unbiased, gentle method. After isolation, captured exosomes are able to be analyzed in situ on the chip surface or downstream using a range of proteomic and molecular biology methods.
Biological Dynamics provides isolation and biomarker analysis services to those interested in accessing the ExoVerita platform.
Service Benefits
Biological Dynamics exosome isolation service offers multiple benefits, including:
Access to pure, whole exosome isolates
Custom biomarker assay development for proprietary markers and targets
Custom protocol development for unique biofluids
CLIA/CAP accredited lab and staff available when required
Proven value
We have used our ExoVerita platform to develop assays, including the ExoVita™ Pancreas LDT. The data shown to the right highlights the biophysical properties of the isolated exosomes. This characterization has included examining the size of the particles isolated, the levels of free protein contamination, and confirming the presence of hallmark exosome markers, such as CD63 and TSG101.
Our published results on the platform demonstrate that exosomes isolated on the ExoVerita platform can be used for DNA sequencing, RNA amplification, and protein immunoassays. For more information, please review the literature provided on our publications page.
